Suspension of benefits 
Section 64 of the Act

Sickness benefit or temporary disablement benefit may be suspended if a person who is in receipt of such benefit fails to comply with any of the requirements of Section 64 of the Act and such suspension shall be for such number of days as may be decided by the competent authority.

The time limit for the employer to submit accident reports, non serious cases is within 48 hours -  in the fatal cases, it should be informed immediately through special messenger.
