Enhanced Sickness Benefit Certification & Claims
IMO shall issue a regulation certificate in Form 8,9,10 as in the case of sickness benefit, based on the certificate issued by the hospital/institution where the insured person/insured women has undergone vasectomy/tubectomy operation. Other certificate may also be accepted as alternative evidence by the Manager of the Branch office. The insured person /IW should submit this certificate to branch office and claim benefit. IP/IW should declare in the claim that they did not take up any work for remuneration during the period of certified abstention.
