Scope of Workshop |
- To educate employers about their
obligations / resposibilities under the ESI Act
- To promote direct interaction /
liaison with employers with a view to remove doubts /
misconceptions, if any, and get a feedback on the working of the
Scheme
- To provide platform for exposure
of grievances of the employers / employees
- To educate employers on various
benefits available to the Insured Persons under the Scheme
- To ensure proper maintenance of
records as required under the ESI Act
- To enlighten employers on recent
amendments to Rules and Regulations framed under the ESI Act
- To discuss area-industry -
specific problems, if any, with reference to ESI Scheme
