Accidents 

Accident has been defined  as an unlooked for mishap or untoward event which is not expected or designed. i.e. it must be an unforeseen occurrence or it must be sudden. an event which has been intentionally brought to pass by the man who suffers from it or is expected by him is not an accident. 

 
Did you know?
Suicide does not amount to accident. However if suicide is the result of insanity which followed injury by accident, it may be held to be caused by accident.
