Fee
An application
fee of Rs. 10/- has to be remitted for any information requested
under Right to Information Act, 2005.
Cost
of information
For
providing information under Right to information Act, 2005,
the fee will be applicable as follows :
a)
Rs. 2/- for each page (in A4 or A3 size paper) created or
copied
b)
Actual charge or cost price of a copy in larger size paper
c)
actual cost or price for samples or models and
d)
for inspection of records, no fee for the first hour and
a fee of Rs. 5 for each fifteen minutes thereafter
e)
Rs. 50/- for information to be provided in a floppy/CD
f)
In case of any publication, the actual price fixed for that
publication or Rs. 2 per page of photocopy for the extracts
from the publication.
All
the remittances are to be made to the Accounts Officer of
the Corporation, by way of cash against proper receipt or
by Demand Draft or Bankers Cheque payable to the Accounts
Officer.
